John brings over 25 years of experience in the defense industry to the Rand Team. He has led domestic and international sales and marketing departments at Chemring North America, Day & Zimmermann Munitions Group, Texas & Kansas, and United Tactical Systems, Illinois.
He has extensive experience in the infrared aircraft countermeasure, non-lethal weapon systems and ammunition markets, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware, Lerner School of Business and Economics.
