Setup/Operator of Mori Seki/Hwacheon (Fanuc) CNC single/multi spindle Lathes and/or Mills. Individual hired will be working in a cell environment and responsible for running production on multiple machines. The CNC machinist operates computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. Job Overview
The Cost Analyst will oversee financial operations for one or more projects, including cost accounting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. a. Lead the cost volume development for proposals (DoD, Prime Contractors).
b. Prepare detailed cost models and pricing strategies compliant with FAR and CAS.
c. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Engineering, Procurement, Program Management) to gather input and validate cost assumptions.
d. Interface with government auditors and DCAA representatives as needed.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis:

3. Internal Controls & Systems:

Qualifications:

Rand Machine Products is looking to recruit a Materials Lab General Laborer in Falconer NY.
The Materials Lab General Laborer in Aerospace Manufacturing plays a crucial role in supporting various tasks within the aerospace production environment. This position involves performing manual labor, routine checks, basic preventative maintenance, prepare product for testing, material movement, general cleaning, de-mag of product, complete document forms, data entry, area inventory and assisting in the overall quality processes to ensure the timely and efficient production of aerospace components.
· Assure Routine Checks (daily, weekly, monthly, etc..) are maintained and performed.
· Move, lift, and transport materials, parts, and finished products using appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines.
· Perform basic measurements using basic measuring devices.
· Prepare product for test such as cleaning, deburring etc.
· Perform routine preventative maintenance on test equipment.
· Perform routine area inventory for consumables.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning of tools and machinery.
· Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
· Perform Demagnetizing operations.
· Perform Routine Laboratory Checks
· Record production and inventory data as required. Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors and leads to meet production goals and deadlines.
· Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
· Be willing to cross-train adapt to changing priorities as needed.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing or quality preferred.

Physical Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled Buyer to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of manufacturing operations through strategic production planning, scheduling, and materials coordination.
Role and Responsibilities
This position procures materials and services needed to function on a day-to-day basis. These include raw materials, chemicals, manufacturing equipment and office supplies. Research cost-effective products and sources, which requires you stay up-to-date on marketing and pricing trends. Additional responsibilities may include attending trade shows, meeting vendors, negotiating contracts and recordkeeping. Will work with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Product Management to develop and manage forecasts while considering current inventory, obsolescence, lead times, product life cycles and production capacity.
· Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, production scheduling, and business system integration.
· Verifies availability and lead time of raw materials.
· Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
· Obtains recommendations from suppliers for substitute items and obtains approval from Rand Engineering Department or requisitioning department on any alternates offered.
· Sends approval requests for high dollar purchases to CEO – KWG
· Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders as needed.
· Arranges all incoming shipments using World Wide Express (WWE) or Central Transport
· Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered by reviewing open PO report; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
· Monitors re-usable packaging levels and sets up returns from Customers
· Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation to Rand Accounting Department.
. Resolves count and pricing discrepancies with Rand Accounting Department.
· Attention to detail with respect to data entry and paperwork
· Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
· Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
