Ed’s career and experience in the Defense and Aerospace industry spans over 25 years. Ed held roles of increasing responsibility in Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Continuous Improvement at Pratt and Whitney – RTX, Paradigm Precision, Chubb, and General Dynamics OTS. Ed’s experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry includes sixteen years with Raytheon Technologies’ Pratt & Whitney jet engine division, 3 years at Hanwha Aerospace and Paradigm Precision in Connecticut, and prior to joining Rand Precision, Ed held key roles for 4 years in Operations, Quality, and Continuous Improvement at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems plants in North East Pennsylvania, manufacturing 120mm, 81mm, and 60mm mortar bodies of different configurations and 155mm artillery shells. Ed joined Rand in 2025.
Ed holds a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University at Buffalo, an M.S. Materials Engineering and Metallurgy from UCONN and an M.B.A. in Operations and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
